  • PJSC Ukrtelecom is a national telecommunication operator in Ukraine, with more than 90000 employees in 25 regional branches.

  • PJSC "Ukrtelecom" at the beginning of 2016 services:

    • 8.5 million land telephone lines - 85% of the market

    • 2.1 million subscribers of broadband internet access - 40% of the market

    • 200 000+ mobile users

 

IDSysTel is implemented in all regional branches and a corporate center of JSC Ukrtelecom and today services 100% of operator's subscribers.​​​

      Project history:

  • 1997 –  a pilot project in the Donetsk branch; kick off

  • 2000 – successful implementation of the system in the Donetsk branch

  • 2003 – implementation of the system in 10 regions of Ukraine began

  • 2007 – system went live in 10 regions

  • 2009 – migration to Oracle 10 real application clusters for HP-UX

  • 2011 – implementation in the remains 17 regions began

  • May 2012 through November 2013 – the system went live in 17 regions

  • 2013 – migration to Oracle 11.2  Real Application clusters for HP-UX

  • 2013-2016 – technical support and maintenance of the system, scheduled releases, functionality upgrade, ad-hoc functionality development and implementation to accommodate changing client’s needs

Social Media Platform (USA)

IDSysTel was customized to meet social platform needs and provide comprehensive billing for the content consumed online. Based on our client’s requirements we have integrated with the core platform on one end and 2 external payment processors on the other end creating full scale payment processing system designed to process customer data and payment information of 10MM+ end users across the globe.
